What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIS Analyst position at Stewart's Shops?
We are hiring a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst at the Stewart’s Shops Corporate Office in Saratoga Springs. This person will be responsible for maintaining HR systems and providing technical support to the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to HR staff and shop personnel for our payroll and workforce management systems.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and provide reports and queries to support HR decision making.
• Work with third party resources to ensure system issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in HR processes and workflows.
• Advise on new technologies and solutions to improve HR operations.
• Assist with additional HR Generalist tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, MIS, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with UKG HRIS, Business Intelligence, and Zebra software systems preferred.
• Software research, implementation, testing, and training preferred.
• Expertise of Microsoft Office including Excel and Access.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills and ability to present information in a clear and understanding format.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create and present training material.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
