Summary
The Project Manager has responsibility to complete projects within budget, schedule and of the quality outlined in the construction documents while maintaining Client satisfaction.
Essential Functions

- Main contact with Client during Pre-construction and Construction phases of project
- Review and approve subcontracts and purchase orders
- Prepare and update project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project
- Price, submit, record, and track all Owner and Subcontractor Change Order Requests.
- Prepare monthly Gross Profit and Status Reports for projects
- Lead Client and Subcontractor Coordination Meetings
- Coordinate with Field Superintendent on site activities
- Maintain Logs for distribution at Progress Meetings
- Prepare Client Invoices
- Review Subcontractor Payment Applications
- Prepare Monthly Project Reports as required by Client

Requirements:Competencies
- Knowledge of Building Construction
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Processing Systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Sage Timberline Project Management Software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, follow through on assignment with minimal direction and set priorities, which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and to perform under deadlines with frequent interruptions.
