Job Description Job Summary Responsible for collaborating with peers and management to elicit, analyze, understand and validate requirements for changes to processes and systems. Job Responsibilities
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks
- Conduct meetings / sessions to design solutions that meet business needs
- Create and design solutions that assists operations in meeting core business objectives
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and / or external clients and / or team members
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
- Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy Education
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred Experience

Pay Range & Benefits $51,100.00 - $80,000.00 Annually The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
