Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by overseeing operational functions related to providing title services to customers. Job Responsibilities
- Manages and leads teams who perform a wide range of duties related to commercial title operations, provides support to branches to clear title, and focuses on customers
- Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups such as Examining and Underwriting to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met
- Provides leadership and direction through senior managers or managers
- Is accountable for the performance and results of a major part of the organization
- Develops and executes strategy to achieve key business objectives
- Decisions are guided by Stewart and business unit strategy and objectives
- Applies in-depth knowledge of own function or major operational segment as well as business expertise to differentiate Stewart from the competition
- Impacts results of a business unit, major market or enterprise-wide function
- Evaluates key business challenges; directs the development of new or innovative solutions
- Shapes the opinions of, and negotiates with, senior leaders; establishes collaborative relationships across the business and with external organizations
- Leads a major part of the organization (function or significant market within a business unit, or an enterprise-wide sub-function); develops and executes long-term strategy to achieve key business objectives Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred Experience

The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components.
Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
