Gain practical experience and exposure to the professional world whole providing a broad understanding of various aspects of our organization and industry and allow participants to contribute to real projects and tasks.
As an intern at Stewart, you will have access to work on real-world projects, gain insights from mentors and leaders throughout the organization, and have the opportunity to participate in social and community events to enhance the experience – ultimately providing you with tools to support your transition from college to professional life. Our Summer internship program runs June 2 – August 8, 2025.
As a Survey Specialist, your role is to support the Customer Intelligence team in a wide range of activities, most notably in support of ongoing survey programs and building new local market initiatives. This role will assist in development of surveys, response compilation, reporting on insights, and training material for roll-out and support of the specific initiatives.

As a Survey Specialist, your role is to support the Customer Intelligence team in a wide range of activities, most notably in support of ongoing survey programs and building new local market initiatives. This role will assist in development of surveys, response compilation, reporting on insights, and training material for roll-out and support of the specific initiatives.
During the internship, you will:
- Survey design: questions, length, format.
- Learn the needs of the business to improve survey responses.
- Perform response analysis, based on compilation of ratings, open narrative responses, etc.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and/or business unit analysts to discuss data findings and to obtain feedback.
- Develop presentation material to support response analysis.
- Develop presentations as requested to support initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s level degree program
- Be located in Houston, TX for duration of summer program
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the passion and energy to leave your mark
- Have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organization
- Be adept at handling a changing workload and intaking a high volume of information
- Have a passion for seeking out process enhancements or solutions and simultaneously delivering on your current project workload
- Be results-oriented, innovative, collaborative, analytical, hands-on, inquisitive, a quick learner, proactive, and have excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Be extremely organized and attentive to detail while still being able to effectively handle multi-faceted tasks
- Be able to fulfill the duties of the role in a hybrid working environment for the duration of your internship
- Be available to complete the entire internship program as defined by the communicated program start and end dates
- Be fluent in oral and written English
- Be eligible to legally work in the country in which you are applying, without company sponsorship or time restriction
