Position Summary :
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, including inventory control, logistics, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.
This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that our electrical contracting operations run smoothly by supporting project teams with timely and accurate materials management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility of materials.
- Manage inventory levels to support project needs, tracking stock and placing orders as necessary.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying orders for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company and safety regulations.
- Work closely with project managers to support their material needs and meet project deadlines.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant certification or electricians license preferred)
- Ability to work 8-12 hr. days
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Proven experience as a warehouse manager or similar role preferably in the construction or electrical contracting industry
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with electrical materials and equipment s a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
