STgenetics is seeking a Patent Attorney with 2-6 years of experience and strong academic credentials. Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO and have experience with drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical, electro-mechanical, software, or medical device fields. Additionally, candidates should be motivated self-starters with excellent communication and writing skills and an ability to collaborate across multiple internal groups.

Essential Functions
- Draft and prosecute US patent applications
- Coordinate responses to foreign office action
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Engineering or advanced Science degree required, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering degrees preferred
- 2-6 years of patent prosecution experience
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts in electrical, electro-mechanical, and software engineering disciplines
- All candidates should be admitted to practice before the USPTO
- Strong work ethic
- Superb writing and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in the office
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
