We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse Manager to lead our team at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic. As a seasoned nurse with experience in managing teams, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding LPNs, LVNs, and other nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and guide LPNs, LVNs, and other nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity while interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for participating in performance improvement initiatives, educating patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention, and promoting evidence-based practice within the organization.
