We have an exciting opportunity for a 360 Sales/Recruitment Consultant to join our team based out of our Boston office. This is a chance to work within the Huxley division of SThree and with some of the top Banking & Finance clients on the East Coast!
Responsibilities:
- Managing the candidate delivery and client relations of the recruitment life cycle
- Driving business development to expand existing accounts and create new relationships
- Identifying the best candidates for niche job opportunities
- Managing the candidate’s experience
- Closing candidates on job offers
- Overseeing the onboarding process for recently hired ambassadors
Requirements:
As a suitable applicant, you must be:
- 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience OR 1 year of 360/ Full Desk experience with a staffing agency
- Customer service oriented
- Motivated by success and career growth
- Highly competitive
- Coachable and willing to implement feedback
- Adept at building strong relationships
