What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Sales Executive position at Stibo Systems?
Are you passionate about selling software solutions across industries that solve everyday business? Do you have a talent for communicating solution selling in a manner, which is engaging and brings results? We are now looking for profile to join the NA Sales team in the Central Region, you will join an international software company, focused on software license sales into new logos.
You love data and are curious about everything about it
As part of our sales team, you will help develop and deliver a value-add and solution-centric customer experience. You will have a broad interface and engagement internally within Stibo Systems as well as externally in relation to Prospects and Partners.
More specifically, you will:
- Win new business via value add/solution-centric selling and signing of new logo license contracts across industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Deliver winning proposals / successful RFPs
- Develop and progress pipeline – driving new opportunities to wins
- Position Stibo Systems as the Multi-domain MDM solutions provider of choice
Our NA team consists of 11 great professionals, who are highly motivated and passionate about new technology that help other companies with their digital transformation. With different backgrounds and cultures.
Our ideal candidate – Are you the one?
As an ideal candidate you will have wealth of experience from similar jobs within B2B sales working in an international organization. In addition, you will have a successful proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions with a focus on “solution-oriented” approach to the sale. You will have a broad commercial and financial understanding, complimented by an analytical skill set, a strong set of presentation skills and ability to confidently navigate at senior level within an organization.
Moreover, you should be/are:
- Proven experience within the software as a service industry (SaaS) – preferably within manufacturing, retail, CPG or/and distribution
- 5-10 years of experience in Solutions Sales/Account management
- Candidate should understand how to drive Sales in cooperation with Partners
- C-Level engagement experience
- Customer-focused always driven by adding value to the stakeholder experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- A self-starter, proactive, resilient with a positive, “can-do” and “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality to get the job done
- Experience with Salesforce
