POSITION SUMMARY :
The (Global) Director, HR Operations will be responsible for leading and optimizing the operational processes of the Human Resources function across the organization. This leadership role will ensure the seamless execution of HR systems, policies, and programs, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Director will work closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and various stakeholders to ensure HR services are efficient, compliant, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Leadership & Strategy :
o Lead the Global HR Operations team, setting clear objectives and ensuring high performance.
o Create and implement the strategic direction for HR operations, aligning with overall organizational goals and the HR department's strategic initiatives.
o Partner with the Chief People Officer and HR leadership to provide insights and recommendations on process improvements and service delivery.
o Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
o Drive the integration of new HR technologies, tools, and automation to streamline HR processes and improve data management.
o Ensure the HRIS system is fully optimized and supports the organization’s HR needs, including reporting, analytics, and workforce planning.
o Lead day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance management, etc.).
o Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and policies to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the employee lifecycle.
o Oversee payroll, benefits administration, compensation analysis, and employee data management, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
o Assess and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
o Ensure high-quality service delivery for all HR-related processes and initiatives.
o Continuously evaluate and improve HR operational processes, finding opportunities for automation and streamlining workflows.
o Implement best practices for employee data management, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
o Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure HR operations align with organizational priorities and employee experience goals.
o Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner for senior leaders and managers, helping to resolve employee issues and concerns in a fair and consistent manner.
o Maintain compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including supervising of audits and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
o Work with HR teams to ensure clear, transparent communication to employees regarding HR policies, programs, and services.
o Advocate for a positive employee experience by fostering an environment of respect, inclusivity, and trust within HR operations.
o Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders across the organization to address operational concerns and queries.

Salary : $95,746 - $136,780
