Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and organizational support to our senior leadership at our Gaston / Sandy Run, South Carolina location. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Utilize web applications to collect and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all employees at the plant, providing assistance as needed to support various departments.
  • Prepare, track, and maintain detailed daily reports to support operational efficiency.
  • Assist the Plant Manager with all assigned projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Manage building access ensuring security protocols are maintained.
  • Order and maintain inventory of all office supplies for the plant, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Plan and coordinate plant activities and events to support team engagement and morale.
  • Perform advanced Excel tasks, including creating and managing spreadsheets, analyzing data, and generating reports.

Qualifications and Desired Skills :

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Dropbox, with advanced Excel skills required.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize competing responsibilities effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees across all levels.
