Academy provides a paid, full-time 6-week training program in Charleston, SC, designed to equip you with essential carpentry skills. No prior experience? No problem! We?ll teach you everything you need to know.
About the Role
As an Entry-Level Carpenter, you?ll receive hands-on training in residential trim carpentry, including the installation of baseboards, shoe moldings, and exterior doors. After successfully completing the program, you?ll transition to a full-time Residential Trim Carpenter position in your local market.
What You?ll Gain
- Paid full-time training specializing in Finish & Punch Carpentry
- Hands-on experience with carpentry tools, door installation, bath hardware, shoe molding, and interior trim repair/replacement
- Lodging provided for out-of-town trainees (not applicable to Charleston & Jedburg hires)

Must attend training in Charleston, SC
Valid driver?s license and insured personal vehicle for daily use
Smartphone for task assignments and tracking
Ability to pass a drug and background screening
Physically able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
