1st Shift Warehouse Associate

Company Overview: Stier Supply Company, a prominent player in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our 1st Shift Warehouse team at our Distribution Center. Join us in ensuring all orders and deliveries are fulfilled on time and in full in order to best support our customers.

Position Summary: As a member of our 1st Shift Warehouse team, you will ensure materials are accurately loaded, secured, and verified for transport. This positions helps by maintaining inventory accuracy, adapts to shifting priorities, and upholds all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately identify and load doors based on load reports and labels.
• Safely handle and secure materials on trucks using appropriate equipment such as a dolly, float, or manual handling.
• Report damage to acting supervisor or lead.
• Support inventory accuracy by assisting in material verification and quantity checks.
• Adapt to operational needs, including unloading and picking materials as required.
• Uphold safety standards by following all safety policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Capability to repetitively lift 75 lbs.
• Experience with loading and unloading material, perferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry materials for extended periods.
• Capability to push and pull carts as needed.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
