- Accurately identify and load doors based on load reports and labels.
- Safely handle and secure materials on trucks using appropriate equipment such as a dolly, float, or manual handling.
- Report damage to acting supervisor or lead.
- Support inventory accuracy by assisting in material verification and quantity checks.
- Adapt to operational needs, including unloading and picking materials as required.
- Uphold safety standards by following all safety policies and guidelines.
- Display a strong work ethic and maintain a positive attitude.
- Function well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Maintain a history of reliable work attendance.
- Prioritize a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all posted safety guidelines.

Qualifications
- Capability to repetitively lift 75 lbs.
- Experience with loading and unloading material, perferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry materials for extended periods.
- Capability to push and pull carts as needed.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
