What You'll Be Doing
The Business Continuity Analyst assists in developing and maintaining the Stifel Business Continuity Management Program, including risk assessments, business impact analysis, vendor continuity analysis, and documentation of business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management-related plans and procedures. This role also involves coordinating, conducting, and documenting business continuity exercises to verify the adequacy of existing plans.
What We're Looking For
• Assist in reviewing, developing, and administrating Business Continuity Program (BCP) policies and procedures.• Participate in business impact, risk, and vendor analysis processes.• Prepare, document, and maintain BCPs.• Coordinate BCP exercises and ensure proper documentation is prepared.• Maintain knowledge and awareness of financial industry BCP regulatory requirements.• 24/7 support of Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery events.
What You'll Bring
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.• Exceptional ability to remain calm under stress.• Excellent communication skills, such as facilitation, documentation, and reporting.• Must participate in 'on-call' duties in support of exercises and crises.
Education & Experience
• Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.• Minimum Required: 0-2 years of Business Continuity and/or Disaster Recovery Experience.
Licenses & Credentials
• CBCP or MBCI (preferred)
Systems & Technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).• Experience with industry-recognized BCM software and emergency notification system (preferred)
