What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Associate - New Accounts Capital Markets position at Stifel?
The Operations Associate is responsible for aiding in driving departmental results for the Operations New Accounts Capital Markets department. This position requires the ability to gain a sound understanding of department subject matter including processing and monitoring new and existing Institutional DVP customer account information and required documentation. This position will require collaboration among team members to execute on departmental objectives under direct supervision while following established procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Assist in opening foreign and domestic new accounts through various methods
- Review and process Institutional DVP client-related documents, which may include making updates to account information and adding settlement instructions
- Provide customer service to branch offices through phone calls, emails, or other communicationeview daily reports as related to new and existing accounts
- Review and interpret Institutional formation documents for new and existing customers
