During this internship, the intern will be exposed to the following projects :
- Creating and digitizing work instructions on our selected digital learning platform (Dozuki) for the listed equipment in the Guide Bar Department :
- Metal Stamping, Welding / Hardening, U-Star Assembly, Spot Welding, Painting / Packing, Digital Printing
- Complete the integration of the Dozuki platform for all employees to learn and comprehend the machines and processes in the current and future state.
- Identify other missing machine documentation including 3D models and drawings of spare parts.
- Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of parts which are not in DB works for listed machines and properly file them and all reference documents into DB Works.
Drawings shall include critical functional dimensioning and associated GD&T to produce a working spare part. A number of the machines have only assembly drawings.
