During this internship, the intern will be assigned the following tasks / projects : Assist with formalizing & documenting processes and department support procedures. Research industry standards and compare to our current procedures for support.Assist in formalizing & documenting the process for employee engagement in department procedures. How can our employees feel more involved in giving feedback and development ideas for department support procedures?Assist with formalizing & documenting the process for writing Knowledge Articles within OneCRM : Assist with formalizing & documenting the process for on-boarding and continued learning for department employees.Assist with research of special projects such as an additional extended warranty program for our customers.Additional duties to be assigned as neededInternship Goals :
