About the Role: STIHL is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to grow its defined geographical territory by measuring, planning and enhancing the distribution of the full range of STIHL products through existing and new dealers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maximize STIHL sales by assessing market conditions, the competitive landscape and existing dealers and identifying strategies and promotions to increase distribution and profit.

Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or discipline or the equivalent work experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and web-based programs.
• Demonstrates effective time management, willingness for extended overnight travel, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to improve skills by utilizing continuing education and training resources and self-starter and able to perform well with minimal supervision.

About You:The ideal candidate will live in Northern Illinois or Southern Wisconsin (central location is McHenry, Illinois)
