Key Responsibilities
- Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of materials stocked in the establishment.
- Verifies clerical computations against physical counts of stock and investigates discrepancies.
- Prepares reports, such as inventory balance and shortages, for management review.
- Examines incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or shortages and corresponds with stakeholders to rectify issues.
Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and working on a computer are required.
- Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
