The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency, organization, calmness and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This person is resourceful, works in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures to deliver the highest quality of product to our customers. This is an entry-level position that is best suited for focused candidates who are dedicated, self-driven, and team oriented.
Responsibilities Include:
- Precise and dexterous trimming and manicuring of dry flower
- Accurate weighing and recording of dry trim weights
- Must maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Operate with integrity and adaptability
- Work closely with the team lead to ensure a smooth flow of processes
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old or older to apply
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pound
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
