STIIIZY Facility Custodian

The Facility Custodian will perform a variety of tasks in support of facility operations and compliance regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• General Facility 

  • Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the facility  
  • Maintains restrooms, locker rooms, breakroom, hallways, operational rooms and other various spaces on alternate days of contracted cleaning company 
  • Primes hotwater pipes each morning 
  • Washes windows: interior windows daily and exterior on a monthly basis 
  • Cleans all floors throughout the facility (dusting, sweepings, vacuuming, mopping etc.). Floor scrubbing and buffing as needed 
  • Cleans up spills with appropriate equipment 
  • Takes out trash from throughout the facility and cleans up trash on the exterior of the facility 
  • Performs limited grounds maintenance 
  • Stocks supplies as needed throughout facility 
  • Mixes various cleaning agents and ensures proper labeling 
  • Carries out special cleaning tasks and projects as needed 
  • Notifies management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs 

  Cannabis Space 

  • Assists the maintenance team and operational staff in cleaning of the work areas as needed during special projects 
  • Assists in mixing cannabis waste and properly disposes according to regulations 
  • Deep cleans sinks in Lab 
  • Cleans floor drains throughout operational area 
  • Keeps tops of refrigeration units and extraction hood clean  
  • Assists in monthly deep clean of wall areas monthly in Production & Extractions rooms and on each re-set for the Cultivation space 
  • Follow all health and safety regulations 
  • Other tasks as assigned

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required

Requirements:

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week.
• Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift heavy items above 50 pounds, bend, stoop, climb, reach and have dexterity for climbing ladders and accessing the roof 
• This position may require the cleanup of hazardous waste 
• Must clear background check for Nevada Agent Card system
