STIIIZY Operations Analyst

We are seeking a talented Operations Analyst I to join our team and assist in streamlining operational processes through data-driven insights and technical proficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to evolving technology and business needs. While the primary focus of this role is operations analytics, the successful candidate may also cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and improve current operational reports to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Track reporting across all stores, ensuring consistency and reliability in data management.
• Assist in general operational processes and collaborate with store teams to address specific needs.
• Communicate effectively with stores and cross-functional teams to implement operational solutions.
• Apply knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Python and Excel, to derive actionable insights.
• Provide ideas and recommendations to improve existing systems and processes.
• Organize and manage digital filing systems, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
• Perform work under direct supervision while demonstrating self-drive and initiative to research independently.
• Shift focus quickly between tasks to meet dynamic operational needs.
• Other duties as assigned to support business objectives and departmental goals.
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!
• Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Python.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects.
• Reliable and able to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable to technological changes and capable of learning new systems independently.
• Excellent time management skills with minimal supervision and strict adherence to deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Ability to summarize complex topics clearly for diverse audiences.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience with technology tools, including data reporting and management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
• Ability to shift between different tasks, manage priorities effectively, and adapt to new challenges.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
• Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift.
• Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
