Job Summary :
The International Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of Stila’s international business. This position is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to international sales teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management :
- Process and manage international orders accurately and efficiently, including order review and communication of short ships and dating issues to the customer
- Update order forms with new launches, price increases, and discontinued skus
- Communicate with the operations team to resolve any order issues involving incorrect sku information and other shipment issues
- Prepare and process international shipments, including necessary export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists) for shipments from the Glendale office to international customers
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping timelines, and any related issues
