ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare proposals and other documents to support sales
- Prepare purchase documents and order machinery from suppliers
- Coordinate and follow up on pre-sale and post-sale order processing tasks
- Enter companies, contacts, proposals, machines, orders into SMILE database
- Review and approve machine vouchers
- Maintain electronic machine files
- Prepare work orders to authorize service department work
- Order necessary parts and accessories from internal sources to fulfil machine orders.
- Supply administrative support for Product Group
- Coordinate supplier visits.
- Keep current and maintain updated video and literature resources for all group products
- Maintain a minimum working knowledge of the standard products to a level that enables one to respond to an initial sales inquiry
- Other projects assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree or related work experience preferred
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- MS Office Suite
- Strong Excel and math skills
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce preferred
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter and self-reliant
- Ability to work with minimal technical support
