Still Hopes Episcopal Retirement Community fosters a culture of excellence, offers competitive pay, generous benefits, and is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our team as our Infection Prevention/Staff Development Coordinator!
The ideal candidate will have experience successfully overseeing the facilities Infection Prevention and Control Program (IPCP), Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program (QAPI), and directing and evaluating staff education programs in long term care facilities and/or assisted living facilities. This position is also responsible for developing policy regarding the organizations Infection Prevention Program, assessing the training needs of nursing staff and to develop, implement, evaluate, and document infection prevention and staff development programs including onboarding In-Service trainings, and Continuing Education Programs for nursing department personnel to include Certified Nursing Assistants. As part of the management team, you will also be part of on-call rotation for one week every six to seven weeks and will be actively involved in supporting COVID-19 protocols and testing.
