The Marketing Administrative Assistant has a huge impact on the lives of residents and on the overall culture of the community. This position is an invaluable part of the Still Hopes family! The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the marketing department.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle email correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute resident communications, such as notices, and announcements.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and preparing reports.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative assistant experience preferably in Marketing. Applicant must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with diverse situations, priority setting, and customer service. Strong computer skills are essential including Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
