Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) FT (3:00pm-11:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am)

Compensation

• Base rate starting: $25.25 - $35.00/hr based on experience. 
• Additional shift differentials added if working 2nd shift, 3rd shift, or weekends.

Responsible for caring for residents in our Rehabilitation Neighborhoods.

LPNs duties include: medication management, documentation, and ensuring residents' needs are being met. This position also interacts with resident family members and provides updates to their loved ones as their condition changes. Nurses are not alone, working alongside several nursing assistants while supervising their day-to-day activities.
