Having been a leader in wellness in the DC area for over 16 years, we are looking for top-notch candidates to join our team and provide exceptional wellness experiences to our guests. Candidate Profile:
- Current Maryland Esthetician license
- At least 3 years experience in a SPA environment as an Esthetician
- Availability to work nights and/or weekends.
- A passion for healing and wellness, including experience in organic and natural product or desire to become a natural toxin-free skincare expert
- A passion for recommending customized homecare suggestions after each appointment
- A desire to make an impact on guests and team members
- A desire to build a return clientele and understanding of what it takes to grow a practice
- Ability to problem solve and create solutions in a timely manner
- Personal characteristics reflective of The Still Point: positive attitude, thirst for learning, service-oriented, a passion for wellness, flexible, and a team player
