Are you the type who loves to help people? And can you imagine how cool it would be if your "office" was located at Still Waters Resort on the lake? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, a Still Waters Vacation Club (SWVC) Sales Rep position might be the perfect fit for you.
The SWVC is a vacation ownership that gives our Guests the chance to enjoy Still Waters experiences year after year, and also travel around the world. Selling the Still Waters Vacation Club is a true team effort, it all begins with the Still Waters Vacation Club Associate who brings the idea to our Guests when they're having fun in the sun at beautiful Still Waters Resort and Table Rock Lake.
Responsibilities:
Every single day as a Still Waters Vacation Club Associate is different! On any one day you might:
- Get to know Guests from around the country;
- Spark interest in the Still Waters Vacation Club by helping Guests imagine how much fun it would be to look forward to years of Still Waters vacations;
- Take "no" for an answer - it happens sometimes - and move on, with your smile and spirit intact;
- Share your passion for, and knowledge of, everything Still Waters with our Guests;
- See your sales skills translate into real earnings potential - there's no cap to what you can earn;
Basic Qualifications:
- Willingness to proactively greet and interact with our Guests
- A demonstrated history of taking the initiative and being a self-starter;
- Exceptional verbal skills;
- Flexibility to work on weekends and on holidays; 5 day work week. Weekends off in the summer.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- A true passion for Guest service, and for Still Waters Resort;
- Proficiency with a tablet and various applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience making sales pitches/presentations
- Knowledge of the timeshare and/or Vacation Ownership industry
- Prior experience in sales & marketing
- Problem-solving skills
