ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude, but are not limited to, the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude, but are not limited to, the following:
- Designing new and enhancing existing workflow driven business processes
- Creating legal templates, with logic driven forms and tags
- Analyzing automated job queries, reports, and data from our legal software
- Overall facilitation of information management
- Collaborating with other teams.Working closely within the Operations Excellence team to understand the requirements and specifications of operational workflow, court forms, and template letters
- Entry level SQL skills is a strong plus
- Excel in time management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and problem solving in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong computer skills are a must
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
