We are looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this position you will be responsible for running and coordinating day to day administrative duties to support our leadership team. This individual will work closely to ensure the efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities include managing telephone inquiries, correspondence and emails, data entry, coordinate travel arrangements and events.
Responsibilities
· Answer and properly direct phone calls
· Greet and direct visitors and new staff to the organization
· Provide clerical support to various departments
· Prepare documents and catering for meetings and events
· Take notes and/or minutes in meetings
· Help with ordering office supplies, marketing material and patient material
· Assist with Medical Records request
· Prepare binders for admitting patients
· Assist in data entry and employee onboarding/offboarding
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· High School Diploma (Required)
· Bilingual preferred
· High level of customer service and attention to detail
· Knowledge of secretarial, office management functions and support
· Must posses excellent organizational skills
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as medical records requests and patient documents
· Ability to speak effectively before patients, vendors and other team members
· Knowledge and fluency with Microsoft Office programs
· Ability to take initiative and be self motivating
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
