JOB SUMMARY : The Clinic Manager is responsible for implementation of Practice Operations Council (POC) and Network Operations Council (NOC) decisions and is accountable to the POC directly reporting to the Department Director or assigned Assistant Administrator. Working with the POC, the Clinic Manager has full responsibility, authority, and accountability for the performance of the assigned practice / s. Responsibilities of the Clinic Manager include provider relations, communications, management of all non-provider staff (clinical matters will include direction from the provider / s), collaboration with Central Business Office to assure appropriate patient revenue management, physical plant, operations, education and training, supply management, etc. Along with this authority comes the responsibility for the bottom-line performance of the assigned practice / s. The Clinic Manager is physically present in the assigned practice 90 - 95% of the time. QUALIFICATIONS :
