• Weekdays, in office (This is an on-site position)
• Exempt

JOB SUMMARY: The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of HR department functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, benefits administration and compliance with labor laws. This role will require a proactive leader who can foster a positive work environment while handling complex employee matters with professionalism and discretion. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• Five years of Human Resources experience strongly preferred.
• Three years of leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
• Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
