- Some evenings and weekends (as needed)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
- Five years of Human Resources experience strongly preferred.
- Three years of leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
- Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
- Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
