A Registered Nurse is needed for a travel/contract role at Stillwater Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in various hospital settings, including the ICU, ER, L&D, NICU, and Cath Lab.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, treatments, and medication administered.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
Requirements:
- Current state nursing license verification through NURSYS.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for ICU, ER, L&D, NICU, and Cath Lab positions.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification for ER positions.
- Two professional references within three years of start date.
Additional Requirements:
- I-9 or Attestation form completion.
- Government-issued photo ID.
- E-Verify or Attestation form completion.
- Residency Declaration Form if working on a compact license.
