Weekdays 8am to 5pm
The Coordinator will be responsible for weekly administrative tasks related to fundraising and marketing. This position contributes to important and ongoing special event tasks, assists with editorial and development writing, and completes a variety of research assignments on behalf of the Stillwater Medical Foundation and Marketing teams. Collaboration and participation in activities and programs designed to support and enhance the overall goals and mission of Stillwater Medical is expected.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or GED equipvalent.
- Experience in journalism, marketing, communications, events, or philanthropy is preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working and public relationships.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office software.
- Ability to manage sensitve or controversial subjects with tact, kindness and professionalism.

Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.

Demonstrates adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, for reading and preparing written reports. Must constantly use visual acuity to check printed and desinged materials of various types.

Must use a computer terminal and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.

Able to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule.
