We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team! Stillwater Medical has a beautifully renovated Women's Health Center, which includes our brand new OnCue NICU (level II). The right candidate will be a strong, proven leader, who is knowledgable in women's health, a great communicator, and approaches care with precision and attention to detail.
At least three years experience in Women's Health is required for this leaderhip position.

JOB SUMMARY:
Sets goals and vision for multiple units within service line, implements of regulatory standards, and contributes to the strategic planning of the Women’s Health service line. Provides clinical leadership and oversight of nursing practices to improve overall outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed to practice Registered Nursing in the State of Oklahoma.

Practices within the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.

Current CPR, NPR, and ACLS required upon hire.

3-5 years in Maternal Child, Post-Partum, Women’s Health nursing experience required; 2 years in a charge position preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively and function appropriately in stressful situations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have strength and stamina for prolonged walking, standing, and dealing with stressful situations.

Demonstrates adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to read and write.

Able to hear, or correctable with hearing devices, and able to talk to converse with others in person and over the phone.

Able to hear, see, and feel to accurately assess, monitor, and administer care.

Able to frequently lift at least 60 lbs., reach, pull, push, bend, stoop, and kneel.

Possess fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to provide care (i.e.: insert catheters, start IVs, administer medications, and handle instruments).
