About the Role:
The Social Services Staff at Stillwater Post-Acute will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by providing comprehensive social services and support. This position involves assessing the social, emotional, and psychological needs of residents and developing tailored care plans to address those needs. The staff member will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that residents receive holistic care that promotes their well-being. Additionally, the role includes advocating for residents' rights and facilitating access to community resources and services. Ultimately, the Social Services Staff will contribute to creating a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters dignity and respect for all residents.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure or certification in social work or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
