Position: Full-Time Front Desk Associate
Location: Stillwater Preserve RV Resort
Reports To: Resort General Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Front Desk Associate.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly and professional service.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and warmth.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Booking and Reservations
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and online reservation systems.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, ensuring proper allocation of RV sites.
- Communicate resort policies, rates, and amenities clearly to potential guests.
Administrative Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including guest logs, payment receipts, and inventory.
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as needed.
Technology and Systems
- Operate the resort’s reservation management system with proficiency.
- Handle online and third-party booking platforms.
- Ensure timely updates to the resort's availability, pricing, and promotions.
Other Duties
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials or communications as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping in the office and lobby area to maintain a welcoming environment.
Qualifications, Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a campground, resort, or hotel setting.
- Familiarity with reservation systems or property management software.
- Knowledge of RV or outdoor recreation industries is a plus.

Schedule and Benefits
- Full-time position Tuesday- Saturday 8AM-5PM
