Position: Full-Time Front Desk Associate
Location: Stillwater Preserve RV Resort
Reports To: Resort General Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Front Desk Associate.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly and professional service.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and warmth.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Booking and Reservations

  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and online reservation systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, ensuring proper allocation of RV sites.
  • Communicate resort policies, rates, and amenities clearly to potential guests.

Administrative Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including guest logs, payment receipts, and inventory.
  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as needed.

Technology and Systems

  • Operate the resort’s reservation management system with proficiency.
  • Handle online and third-party booking platforms.
  • Ensure timely updates to the resort's availability, pricing, and promotions.

Other Duties

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials or communications as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping in the office and lobby area to maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications, Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a campground, resort, or hotel setting.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems or property management software.
  • Knowledge of RV or outdoor recreation industries is a plus.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to occasionally assist with other resort-related tasks as needed.

Schedule and Benefits

  • Full-time position Tuesday- Saturday 8AM-5PM
