Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is an 75 - bed skilled nursing facility located in Covington, Ohio. We are currently looking to fill the role of MDS Coordinator.
We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented LPN or RN who is flexible and adaptable to the ever-changing MDS world!
Job Requirements:
- One-year clinical background in long-term care nursing.
- Basic knowledge of the MDS and compliance regulations.
- Basic knowledge of the care planning, case management, and utilization review.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- LPN or RN
