Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 75 - bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Covington, Ohio that is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and provide comprehensive services to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients in accordance with established standards of practice. The Speech Language Pathologist will also be responsible for providing patient and family education, as well as collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities :
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services for patients.
- Participate in continuing education activities to stay current on best practices.
