Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 75 - bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Covington, Ohio who is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting. The successful candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and long-term care, as well as a passion for providing compassionate and attentive care.
Day Shift : 6 : 00am - 6 : 30pm
Night Shift : 6 : 00pm - 6 : 30pam
The State Tested Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, providing assistance with personal care, and helping to ensure the overall wellbeing of our residents.
Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide assistance with ambulation and transfers.
- Perform routine vital signs and other nursing care procedures as directed by the nurse.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Document observations, treatments, and other pertinent information in the resident's medical record.
- Understand the needs of geriatric patients and provide appropriate care
