Position Summary:
The HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the company's goals and culture. This role oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training & development. Additionally, the HR Director will lead the implementation and migration to ADP as the company’s new HRIS system, encompassing Comprehensive HR support and Comprehensive Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives and core values.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruiting efforts, onboarding processes, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, handling conflict resolution, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure company policies comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to support employee satisfaction and business objectives.
- Training & Development: Design and implement professional development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- HRIS Migration Project: Lead the transition to ADP’s HRIS system, ensuring a smooth migration for managing all employee information, payroll processing, and HR compliance.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll operations and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Culture & Engagement: Promote and maintain a strong company culture that aligns with Stillwell’s values, creating an environment of engagement and productivity.
- Reporting & Metrics: Develop and analyze HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience leading HRIS implementations, preferably with ADP software.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence leadership and employees.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or similar industry is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
