Position Overview
Stiltz Home Lifts USA is seeking a high-performing, results-driven, and intrinsically motivated Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead, manage, and grow sales efforts within a multi-state region. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, supporting dealer and franchisee networks, and ensuring execution of the company’s proven 10-step selling system.

Key Responsibilities
Dealer & Franchisee Management
• Develop and maintain high-impact, performance-driven relationships with dealers and franchisees in the assigned region.
• Provide structured sales coaching, data-driven insights, and ongoing business development support to improve sales execution and drive measurable results.
• Proactively identify market opportunities, onboard new dealers and franchisees, and expand regional growth in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Ensure all dealers and franchisees align with Stiltz’s operational excellence and customer experience standards to drive long-term success.
Sales Training & Development
• Lead structured, high-impact training programs to ensure dealers, franchisees, and their sales teams master Stiltz’s products, sales strategies, and 10-step selling system.
• Develop and implement continuous learning initiatives to reinforce best practices and drive peak sales performance.
• Leverage real-time field insights, CRM data, and performance metrics to tailor coaching strategies for individuals and teams.
Sales Coaching & Field Support
• Conduct regular ride-alongs and in-home sales observations to assess and refine sales execution.
• Deliver actionable, results-oriented coaching to improve close rates, overcome objections, and increase overall sales conversion.
• Establish a high-performance mindset across the region, promoting accountability and a commitment to excellence.
Lead Management & Conversion Optimization
• Ensure effective lead handling, follow-up strategies, and conversion optimization across the dealer and franchise network.
• Work with sales reps to refine qualification strategies, urgency tactics, and objection-handling techniques to improve close rates.
Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Analyze regional sales performance against key metrics (e.g., Net Sales per Lead Issued - NSLI) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop and communicate data-backed recommendations to improve sales efficiency, lead conversion, and regional performance.
• Regularly report performance insights and actionable strategies to senior leadership.
Operational Leadership
• Partner with dealers and franchisees on hiring, training, and onboarding high-performing sales talent.
• Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives to maximize ROI and lead efficiency.
• Maintain consistency in execution of the “Stiltz Way” sales system, ensuring alignment with operational best practices.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Data Utilization
• Maintain accurate, real-time sales data and customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies, enhance forecasting, and drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
• Proven track record of success in a results-driven, sales leadership role (minimum 5 years), preferably within home improvement, mobility, or consumer goods industries.
• Passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams—demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and build a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Strong analytical mindset—ability to translate data into insights that drive performance improvements.
