In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to electrical systems, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize electrical system performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and management teams to address electrical concerns and improve overall operations
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of electrician maintenance experience
- Oregon Electrician License or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proven experience with MCC's, VFD's, conveying and hydraulic systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
