Starting Pay: $18/hour
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain stunning table and laydown displays for seasonal plants.
- Ensure plants are healthy, well-stocked, and attractively arranged.
- Collaborate with management to meet merchandising goals and maintain store standards.
- Take photos of stock using company-approved apps to keep inventory updated and visually appealing.
- Assist customers in selecting plants and garden products, providing expert advice.
- Consistently lift and move plants (up to 60 lbs).
What You Bring:
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and stay motivated.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with management and team members.
- Reliable transportation and a working smartphone for downloading and using required apps.
- Knowledge of plants and gardening (preferred but not required).
- Experience in merchandising, retail, or garden centers is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
