Agricultural Business Development Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Corn and Soybean Seed Territory Manager to join our team at Stine Seed Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing dealer accounts and recruiting new dealerships to increase sales within the assigned territory in Southwest Iowa.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Servicing existing dealer accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Recruiting new dealerships to expand sales within the assigned territory.
• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of Stine seed products and services.
• Collaborating with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support within the assigned territory.

**Requirements:**

• Candidates should have a minimum of three years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidates should have a proven track record of success in dealer development and retention.
