Independent Sales Representative Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to represent Stine Seed Company in Sangamon, Christian, and Menard Counties in Central Illinois.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Stine seed products and services applicable to the assigned territory.
- Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales.
- Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory to meet sales goals.
- Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support within the assigned territory.
Competencies/Qualifications/Experience:
- Candidates should have at least three years of experience in agriculture, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills.
- Candidates should have a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values.
