Stine Seed Company is seeking a skilled Sales Agronomist to cover Minnehaha, McCook, Lincoln, and Turner counties in South Dakota. As the primary ambassador of the Stine brand, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services applicable to the assigned territory.
- Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales.
- Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory to meet sales goals.
- Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
- Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers through personal contact or designated sellers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
- The ability to work independently and meet established goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience building and maintaining strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values, and achieving desired results, will be given preference.
