About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Independent Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agronomy and crop production, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stine seed products and services.
- Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales.
- Implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers.
Requirements:
- 3 years of ag experience, including experience in agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
